Job Summary:

Crossway Homecare is seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Non-Clinical Nurse Supervisor. In this key role, you will provide leadership and guidance to our aide staff, focusing on non-clinical aspects of patient care services. Organizational Relationship:

As the Non-Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will report directly to the Director of Non-clinical Services.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

• Extensive experience in non-clinical/private duty services, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with team members and clients.

• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and services.

• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company expands. Any remaining hours needed to fulfill the 20-hour minimum must be completed in-office if less than 20 hours of fieldwork are assigned during the week.

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to our aide staff, focusing on non-clinical aspects of patient care services.

• Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the organization, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Policy Development:

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Training and Development:

• Conduct training for new hires and provide ongoing education to aide staff on company policies, procedures, and standards of care. (Hosting monthly in-services)

• Oversee quality assurance initiatives to ensure the delivery of high quality care and services to our clients. (Field supervisions)

Patient Admissions:

• Take responsibility for admitting new patients requiring services, including coordinating the admission process and ensuring smooth transitions in accordance with all regulatory requirements.

Business Development:

• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to drive strategic initiatives.

• Represent our organization in the community, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting our services and values.

• Assist in the process of recruiting and onboarding new aide staff to meet the growing demands of our company.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

• Be adaptable and flexible in your approach, willing to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise. • Be available and flexible to travel to both the North Shore and Merrimack Valley regions for admissions, supervisions, and other related duties as required.
